He began his career at a highly reputable medical malpractice defense firm, where he worked for several years. Having realized that his calling was to become an personal injury and civil litigation legal advocate and lawyer who represents consumers and victims of accidents and other wrongdoings, Mr. Meissner joined an established Plaintiffs’ firm where he acquired the status of a prominent Plaintiffs’ attorney handling Automobile, Motorcycle, Pedestrian, Dog Bite, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Business Litigation, Employment Disputes, and other cases on behalf of clients who have been physically, emotionally, or financially harmed.
In 1985, he founded the Law Office of Werner R. Meissner, A Professional Law Corp., which has evolved into Meissner Law Firm, PC with the addition of his two attorney sons, Michael and Eric, who are now partners at the firm. Mr. Meissner and his firm have gained a formidable reputation in the community and have handled a vast array of cases with values ranging from tens of thousands of dollars to several million dollars. He has handled cases against some of the top law firms in the state and country. Mr. Meissner has built Meissner Law Firm from the ground up and has established itself as one of the prominent law firms in California, handling cases in both Northern and Southern California.
