Michael A. Meissner is an associate attorney at the Meissner Law Firm where he represents individuals in civil matters including victims of auto, truck, motorcycle, and other vehicle accidents; bicycle accidents; slip, trip, and fall accidents; products liability; dog bites; wrongful death; sexual abuse; workplace discrimination, harassment, and termination; and medical malpractice.

After growing up in the Los Angeles area, Michael ultimately earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. At LMU, he was a member of the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team, studied abroad for a semester in Italy, and interned at several large publicly-traded corporations. With a solid business background, Michael decided to pursue his passion in the legal field representing consumers and victims.

He later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law where he earned a full-tuition scholarship and was selected to be a member of the Chapman Law Review for being ranked near the top of his class. During law school, Michael held a Judicial Externship at the Orange County Superior Court where he gained invaluable exposure to civil and criminal trials, law and motion, and pretrial conferences.

Michael worked as a legal assistant for the Meissner Law Firm for several years before being admitted to the State Bar of California upon graduating law school. He is passionate about helping his clients overcome the physical and emotional harm caused by others and works tirelessly to help them achieve justice.

His excellent advocacy has earned him a spot as a 2024 Southern California Rising Star, a distinction that only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California receive.

In his free time, Michael enjoys playing soccer, traveling, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
