Eric R. Meissner received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Mr. Meissner received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, where he was recipient of the CALI Award of Excellence.

Mr. Meissner is admitted to the State Bar of California.  His primary area of practice is personal injury representing tort victims arising from motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premise liability, dog bites, employment discrimination, wrongful termination and landlord/tenant disputes.  He brings to the firm an extensive knowledge of the personal injury field, including extensive litigation experience.  He worked for several years at the Meissner Law Firm as a law clerk gaining invaluable experience all while learning how to negotiate insurance claims in order to obtain the highest possible settlement for his clients.  He is passionate about seeking justice for those who have been injured in accidents.
